Pace Base Ball Arcade Game
Here is a very fun little game to play. You shoot the five balls up onto the playfield playing the game of baseball. Has pockets for single, double, triple, home run, walk and out. Introduced by Pace in the 1930s, they made it for about 20 years. This is one of the limited edition extended production games that was made in the 1990s as a 50th anniversary commemorative. Identical to the original design, because it was made from the original tooling. Only 500 were made and then the tooling was destroyed. I went a few steps further and totally disassembled the machine, replaced the bottom and top boards with ones made of solid oak, exactly like the originals, replaced the original screws with chrome plated carriage bolts and even added Pace decals on the sides for an extra touch. Also has new rubber feet added to the bottom and a new lock that was nicer than the one that came with it.Approximately 17" tall, 9" wide and 8" deep.
