World War II Conversion A.B.T. Challenger Gun Game

A very nicely restored Challenger gun game made by A.B.T., converted at the beginning of World War II to a "Shoot the Japs" gun game. Insert a penny into the gun, push down on the side lever to reset the targets and shoot. When a target is hit, a spring loaded bar is released and the corresponding tube behind the glass is tipped to reveal a V for victory over the Japanese soldier.
This one is especially nice with the original rising sun score glass graphic and seven of the nine original target graphics intact.
The scoring mechanism and gun were completely disassembled and restored to original factory specifications by Mr. A.B.T. himself (me).

Photos have been updated and now show the reproduction machine that is still available.

A reproduction of this game is also available. I started with a good condition original game and a new baseboard with new rubber feet was installed. A new back door with lock and instruction sheet, new shooting balls, glass, both playfield and head, and decals were also installed. Reproductions of the rising sun score glass graphic and the target graphics were installed that are nearly identical to the originals.
The scoring mechanism and gun were completely disassembled and restored to original factory specifications by Mr. A.B.T. himself (me).
